Our story does not begin in 2025; it culminates then.
For decades before TARA was formally established, our founders were the architects of national educational reforms, the researchers behind groundbreaking studies on gender and climate resilience, and the master trainers who upskilled thousands. They were already leading change, but from within different silos.
Time and again, they encountered a critical disconnect: brilliant research often failed to inform practice, and frontline challenges were rarely looped back to shape policy. They saw the same gaps in teacher training, in climate adaptation, in educational equity -persist, not for lack of will, but for lack of a dedicated engine to bridge knowledge with action.
