TARA is supported by a dedicated team of eight professionals with diverse backgrounds and expertise, overseen by a structured organisational hierarchy that includes a Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, and five Members. Additionally, TARA collaborates with a wide network of approximately 200 national and district-level Resource Persons, bringing a wealth of practical experience and local knowledge to our initiatives.
